Welcome to Bandon

Before the Bandon fire, this sign on Second Street welcomed tourists to the town and the beachfront activities.

 

Today the sign is located in about the same place.  The buildings that replaced those damaged in the fire are smaller, and seem to be much more targeted to visitors than to the local community.
